Full HD recommended
For better video performance, we recommend a Host desktop resolution of up to 1920 × 1080. Frame rate depends on hardware and the network.
Keep Windows protections enabled. If installation is blocked, contact support with the exact message; do not disable protections.

What is the difference between the Host and the Viewer?
The Host runs on the computer you access. The Viewer runs on the computer you connect from. CrisLan displays the host’s existing session.
Does connecting automatically take control?
No. Every connection starts in view-only mode. Taking control is an explicit action.
Can I use CrisLan from outside my local network?
External access has been tested through NetBird, which requires separate installation and configuration. CrisLan is primarily designed for LAN use.
What does a licence include?
One Host licence for each activated PC. The packages on offer cover 1, 5, 10 or 25 PCs, with a one-time payment and no subscription. The Viewer is free. Perpetual licence for CrisLan 1.x with a one-time payment. Updates within the 1.x series are included when available. Upgrading to CrisLan 2.0 is optional and paid; you may continue using your licensed 1.x version without purchasing the upgrade.
Is it available for macOS or phones?
A macOS version has been tested, but its commercial availability has not been confirmed. iPhone and Android are not presented as available platforms.
How do I download and buy CrisLan?

How many hosts can I connect to at once?
You can connect to up to 25 host computers simultaneously from one Viewer. The number of hosts included in a licence is determined separately.
Can I move my licence to another PC?
The Host licence remains assigned to the activated PC and cannot be transferred to another computer. A new PC requires a new licence. Reinstalling Windows on the same PC allows reactivation without a new purchase, following verification. Component replacements are assessed separately; a repair is not automatically treated as a new PC.
How do I receive my licence?
Licences and instructions are automatically sent to the email address entered at checkout after payment confirmation. Check your Spam folder too. If the email does not arrive, contact [email protected] with your order reference.
CONDITIONS OF USE
Terms and conditions — territorial restrictions
Restrictions applicable to the SIPSorcery 10.0.16 component used by CrisLan. This section supplements the product information; it is not a complete set of commercial purchase terms.
Scope of the restrictions
The SIPSorcery 10.0.16 licence prohibits use, modification and distribution inside Israel and the Occupied Territories, subject to the conditions and until the demands described in section 2 of the full licence have been met. The territories concerned are: Israel; Palestine, including the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip; the occupied Golan Heights. The Golan restriction is not a prohibition covering all of Syria.
Place and purpose of use
The conditions concern the place and purpose of use, not a person’s citizenship, origin or ethnicity. The licence states that the restriction is not intended to limit the rights of Israelis or other people residing outside the restricted territories. Separately from the place of use, the software must not be used to further the apartheid policies of the state of Israel, as specified in section 2 of the licence. Use outside the territories does not remove this purpose restriction.
Host and Viewer; trials and free copies
Assessment of CrisLan use must consider both the location of the Host computer and the locations from which the Viewer is used. A Host in a permitted location does not make Viewer use in a restricted location permissible, or vice versa. The conditions also apply to trial use, free copies, modification and redistribution of components covered by the licence.
Redistribution and resellers
The reseller will communicate these restrictions to end users and downstream distributors, check the declared locations and purposes of use for both Host and Viewer, and not supply the product for prohibited uses or distribution. The reseller will pass on the applicable conditions, copyright notices and full licence text, preserving the BSD obligations for source and binary distributions. The author’s and contributors’ names must not be used to imply endorsement without the required permission.
